Our innovative FIFO pallet racking system comprises two access points, at each end of an aisle. In high throughput operations, a forklift loads palletised goods at one end, and a forklift retrieves goods at the other end. Pallets are loaded onto rails or rollers, to ensure a continuous flow of goods from the loading end to the pick face.

Rails or rollers are used to maintain a continuous supply of pallets from a single face, used for both loading and picking. This system does not rotate stock, Like FIFO, so is ideal for storing homogenous goods several pallets deep in each lane. When it’s time to retrieve a pallet, forklifts simply access the lane directly to retrieve palletised goods from a single pick face.
