DISCOVER EFFICIENCY WITH HIGH-DENSITY STORAGE SOLUTIONS
Mobile pallet racking provides maximum storage capacity for warehouses where every square footprint counts.
Utilising existing floor space to its optimal efficiency is the first point of consideration before opting to move premises. By integrating innovative and sophisticated technology, racking has the scope to become more robust, seamless, and efficient than ever. Mobile pallet racking expands upon traditional racking systems, offering double storage capacity compared to conventional warehouse pallet racking.
Formulated from galvanised steel, mobile pallet racking can be configured to meet FIFO (first-in-first-out) or LIFO (last-in-first-out) systems for optimal operations. Standing up to 15m tall, this versatile and compact racking offers functional vertical and deep storage that is simple to access and streamlined for use, with further ability to open multiple aisles for hand-picking stock.
DYNAMIC MOBILE PALLET RACKING SYSTEMS
Designed to condense warehouse capacity utilising smart sensors and a single-track system.
Operated by a single user from a control panel or remote control, a mobile pallet racking unit follows a push-pull system that is generated from a motorised base, individually moving each rack laterally along a rail track. Due to the independent movement of each storage system, an aisle can be opened up enough for a forklift truck in less than one minute. This provides direct access to stock with one aisle open only when required and eliminates the need for specialised equipment, effectively increasing storage efficiency by over 90%.
Due to intelligent sensor technology, mobile pallet racking can be automated to allow equal width between aisles at set times of the day, effectively establishing consistent airflow and full functionality in cold storage facilities. This modular unit encompasses full safety parameters for risk prevention, with emergency stop buttons, laser sensor barriers and manual release systems to comply with HSE (Health and Safety Executive) regulations.

DESIGN AND INSTALLATION SERVICE
Prodek installations are conducted by SEIRS-accredited site engineers for end-to-end service.
At Prodek, we strive to deliver quality results that meet the bespoke demands of your storage requirements. Encompassing design, installation and maintenance, we guarantee to deliver efficiency that offers maximum revenue per cubic metre through the aid of our expert engineers.
Our service begins with a thorough site survey to identify potential risks, pinch points, challenges, and opportunities within the workflow. Upon a professional assessment, the Prodek team develop layouts and racking solutions that seamlessly integrate within business operations. Prodek can submit building regulation applications and conduct risk assessments on your behalf to guarantee you meet stringent quality standards. We offer comprehensive results so you can be assured that all aspects of your racking have been carefully considered across one project.
QUALITY RACKING INSPECTIONS
Racking installation must comply with Provision and Use of Workplace Equipment Regulations (PUWER) and The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
Racking must be inspected annually by a SEMA-approved inspector in order to avoid hefty fines and dangerous environments that could cause harm to individuals or inventory. If the racking system has identified structural damage on a severe scale, it must be taken out of operation upon immediate effect and replaced as soon as possible.
At Prodek, we have a skilled team of individuals who are accredited by SEMA and SEIRS regulatory standards. Our engineers conduct in-depth audits that detail any damage and potential issues that may arise so that you can maintain operations quickly and efficiently.
