Bridgnorth’s plant houses world-class manufacturing assets, environmental management systems and an ecosystem for local wildlife. Most of their site is occupied by world-class manufacturing assets; the latest investment was in a new lithographic production line, which has increased capacity significantly.
To streamline capacity efficiently Prodek worked with Bridgnorth, Aluminium in unison, installing heavy duty racking 115No bays storing up to 345 coils of strip steel utilising 3 beam levels per bay. To maximise available space Prodek installed a channel guide rail system to allow for forklift activity, making access to product at height as easy as possible.
