Heavy Duty Racking

Heavy duty racking systems are designed to accommodate large heavy loads that cannot be supported by conventional pallet racking systems. Heavy duty racking is a cost-effective storage solution for all types of heavyweight products.

Heavy duty racking provides an efficient storage solution for heavy products that usually take up valuable floor space. This bespoke system is designed with multiple beam levels to give easy access to individual locations and is commonly used for the storage of large steel items such as coils, plate and tooling.

Heavy duty racking is constructed in a similar manner to conventional pallet racking using frames and beams, but the components are manufactured with hot rolled steel sections. This robust design can store loads over 10,000kgs per level with the flexibility of adding additional frames and beams later.

To maximise your available storage area heavy duty racking can be installed in a narrow aisle configuration, however this will require handling equipment that can run along floor mounted rails.
