Complete Vehicle Storage Racking Solutions

PRO-DEK have developed a specialised range of cantilever racking for vehicle and vehicle parts storage.

Vehicles are stored on individual levels to prevent damage and provide easy access for loading and unloading. The racking can be supplied to store 2, 3, 4 or 5 vehicles in height with an option to double storage capacity by storing on both sides. Each vehicle is supported by two cantilever arms that bolt directly to the column and can be adjusted by 100mm above and below the standard position. Standard arms are designed to carry 1500kg SWL per pair but heavier loads can be accommodated on request.

The racks are constructed from heavy duty hot rolled universal beam sections with a hot-dipped galvanized finish to BS EN ISO 1461:1999 to provide long term protection. Designed to BS5950 structural use of steelwork and loadings in accordance with BS6399 Part 1. All racks must be installed on a solid, level concrete base.
