Cantilever Racking for a range of needs

Simple to use with no restrictive framework, cantilever racking will reduce handling time and cost while allowing heavy loads to be stored and accessed with ease. Cantilever arms can be designed up to 2.5 metres long with a SWL of 2,000kgs. Supporting columns are manufactured to up to 10 metres high and drilled to suit both a single or double sided configuration.

PRO-DEK supply two types of cantilever racking:

PRO-BOLT: constructed using hot rolled structural sections with arms that bolt to the column flange and provide 150mm vertical adjustability.

PRO-PIN: a cold formed tapered column system with arms that fix to the column using a high strength steel pin and provide 76mm vertical adjustability.

Over the years we have developed a considerable understanding of the long load market especially the integration between racking systems and handling equipment. This knowledge can be crucial for the design and delivery of an effective racking installation.
